Ascension Mechanics
Players can increase the rarity of their League Pass at any time.
When ascending:
You retain
The Team Boosters on your league pass.
The League Pass's current level.
Your current stats.
You obtain
Extra booster points corresponding to the new rarity+level combination.
For instance, if a player with a level 30 Uncommon Pass decides to upgrade to Epic Rarity:
He gets a level 30 Epic League Pass
He keeps all of his Teams Boosters
He unlocks:
50 Attribute points, randomly spread on Ascension, corresponding to the difference of Base attributes
15 Attribute points, to spend on stats of his choice
He benefits from all the features of an Epic League pass
Base Ascension Pricing
Ascension allows you to purchase the next rarity at a lower price than a new League Pass, as well as saving your current progress.
Ascending will grant a reduction of [50%] of the current rarity over the new League Pass mint price.
For instance, if a player wants to upgrade from Uncommon to Rare, he would pay the price of a Rare League Pass, minus 50% of the price of an Uncommon League Pass.
Ascending from a Level 100 Legendary to the Mythic Rarity would cost 3,240 PookyDollars.
Ascending from a Level 125 Mythic to the Ultimate Rarity would cost 8,105 PookyDollars.
Max level discount
When a Pass reaches max level, any XP it earns will goes into an ascension bar.
This ascension bar size will be equivalent to the XP required from level 0 to max level.
The more this bar fills, the higher the discount will be.
When the ascension bar is full, the Base Ascension Pricing will be discounted by 100% of the current League Pass mint value.
That discount can be applied on an ascension to any rarity of your choice - it can for example be used to go from Common to Epic rarity.
The Ascension Discount value will be calculated as [CurrentRarityMintPrice] * [%AscensionBarCompletion].
Some examples:
If you fill the ascension bar at 100% from the common rarity, you get a 19.99*100% = 19.99 PookyDollars Ascension Discount. Ascending to uncommon costs 30 PookyDollars (down from 49.99)
If you fill the ascension bar at 60% from the uncommon rarity, you get a 59.99*60% = 36 PookyDollars Ascension Discount. Ascending to epic costs 413.99 PookyDollars (down from 449.99)
If you fill the ascension bar at 10% from the epic rarity, you get a 539.99*10% = 54 PookyDollar Ascension Discount. Ascending to legendary costs 1349.99 - 54 = 1295.99 PookyDollars (down from 1349.99)
